BRIAN ANDERSEN

Brian Andersen is a Managing Director for Atlas Technology Group LLC. Prior to Atlas, Brian was Co-Founder and Partner at LUMA Partners, a strategic advisory firm with a focus on digital media and marketing. Previously, Brian led Corporate Development for Omniture, the leading web analytics and web optimization company (acquired by Adobe), and led Corporate Development for Interwoven, a leader in web content management and document management (acquired by Autonomy). Brian was also formerly with Robertson Stephens in its M&A group. He received a BS in mechanical engineering from UC Davis and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. Brian resides in Palo Alto and frequently heads to the hills to mountain bike or to the coast to surf.

PETER BENEDICT

Peter Benedict is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group, LLC. Peter has worked in the technology and software industry for over 20 years as an Investment Banker, Strategist, and Corporate Executive and brings deep technical, operational and M&A experience in the networking, analytics, telecoms, IoT, and ecommerce software sectors. Prior to joining Atlas, Peter was a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Bois Capital, a tech-focused boutique M&A firm. Previously Peter served as the General Manager of Alcatel-Lucent’s business unit for IoT and Network and Customer Analytics (now Nokia Networks), was an executive at Bell Labs and Bell Labs Ventures, was the head of Investor Relations and product marketing for RADVISION, and was SVP and head of Products at Ardent Communications, a service provider with significant investment from KKR.

JOHN BREW

John is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. John has 30+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on technology. His previous experience includes Head of Technology Investment Banking for RBC Capital Markets, and prior to running the Technology Group, he was head of Technology M&A. Before joining RBC, John worked in M&A for Robertson Stephens. He is a graduate of Stanford University, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

BRET CARROLL

Bret Carroll is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Bret has over 15 years of experience in technology investment banking. Prior to Atlas, Bret led Technology Merchant Banking (investment banking and private equity investing) at Opus Bank. Bret spent the bulk of his career from Associate to SVP at Lehman Brothers/Nomura in Technology Investment Banking. Prior to this, Bret was an Institutional Investor-ranked Technology Equity Research Analyst at Lehman. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Colorado.

NEIL CHANG

Neil Chang is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Prior to Atlas, Neil was a Partner and Head of Investment and M&A Advisory Group at Widus Partners, a boutique investment bank based in Seoul, Singapore and Hong Kong. Neil is a Seattle native who has invested the past 16 years in Asia building a diverse and actionable network, goodwill and local knowledge. As a former corporate securities lawyer and a McKinsey consultant, Neil is informed by a unique combination of experience and perspective when advising visionaries, entrepreneurs, and senior executives embarking on transformative deals. Neil has a particularly strong industry expertise and relationships in e-commerce, digital payments and currency, mobile applications, telecommunications, esports, fintech, healthcare tech, deep learning and data analytics, Internet of Things, and blockchain-enabled enterprise solutions. Neil received his BA and JD from the University of Washington, an MA from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from Oxford University.

Brad Dickman is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Brad has over 15 years of experience in the technology and investment banking industries. Prior to Atlas, Brad worked for Citigroup, where he was a Director in the technology investment banking group. Prior to Citigroup, he was a Vice President and Principal at Bank of America, also in the technology investment banking group. He started his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers. He holds an MBA from UCLA and a BSME in Engineering from McGill University. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.

LOUIS DRAPER

Louis Draper is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. He has been a banker for over 30 years. Prior to Atlas, Louis was the Head of Technology at Baird, and the Head of Software at RBC and Raymond James before that. He has spent 20 years based in Silicon Valley working with software companies. Louis spent the first half of his career at Goldman Sachs in New York. He has an MBA from the Ivey Business School in Canada and a BBA from Bishop’s University in Canada. Louis lives in Palo Alto, CA with his wife and 2 kids and still likes to ride road bicycles at high speeds.

MIKE EDWARDS

Mike Edwards is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Mike has over 19 years of investment banking experience, primarily focused on communications and storage technologies. Prior to joining Atlas, he was part of the initial team at GCA Savvian, where he started the firm’s Communications & Storage Infrastructure investment banking practice and led those efforts for over 10 years. Earlier in his career, Mike worked as a Vice President in Goldman Sachs Technology Investment Banking Group. Mike graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

KARLIS FELZENBERG

Karlis Felzenberg is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Karlis has over 25 years of technology-focused investment banking experience. Since joining Atlas in 2011, Karlis has been the lead or co-lead Managing Director on over 30 completed transactions. His previous experience includes Head of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions for Terranova Capital Partners; Managing Director and Head of Communications Technology Investment Banking at ThinkEquity Partners in San Francisco; Principal in Needham & Company’s Silicon Valley Investment Banking group; and three years in Sydney, Australia as a technology-focused M&A banker. Karlis earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from Stanford University.

MARK GREENBAUM

Mark Greenbaum is a Managing Director for Atlas Technology Group LLC. Mark is a highly accomplished M&A expert who has spent his entire career providing strategic advice to technology companies based in Silicon Valley. Prior to Atlas, Mark was a Partner and Head of M&A for LUMA Partners, a strategic advisory firm with a focus on digital media and marketing. Previously Mark spent over a decade at GCA where he was a Managing Director focused on mergers and acquisition and was also a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Prior to GCA, Mark was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley’s technology M&A group and was previously a manager with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group. Mark graduated with honors with a BS in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley where he was a four-year member of the men’s volleyball team and considers himself a loyal (if often frustrated) Cal fan. He returned to UC Berkeley’s Haas School for his MBA – as apparently, he didn’t get it right the first time. Mark lives in Menlo Park with his wife, two teenaged children and two sizable sheepadoodles named Doug and Jason.

STEVE IZZO

Steve Izzo is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Steve has over 15 years of technology investment banking and corporate development experience. Prior to Atlas, he was Vice President, Corporate Development at Hightail where he led strategy and M&A initiatives. Before Hightail, Steve was a Director in Barclays’ Technology Investment Banking Group, where he advised private and public software companies on financing and M&A transactions. He executed transactions for clients in the SaaS, Enterprise Applications, Fin Tech, Security and Infrastructure Management sectors. Earlier in his career, Steve also worked as a software investment banker with Lehman Brothers and Bank of America. Steve has an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BA from Brown University.

John Kelley is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. John has covered the enterprise software sector for 17+ years, advising and executing private and public equity underwritings, equity-linked, syndicated bank and bond financings, leveraged buyout, buy and sell-side M&A advisory assignments. John has completed transactions for companies in the Advertising Tech & Digital Media, Business Intelligence, Fin Tech, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, Security and Systems management sectors. Prior to joining Atlas, John was the Head of Enterprise Software banking at Raymond James and the Head of Application Software Banking at Bank of America. John has an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School and a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.

Church Lewis is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Church has 30 years experience in investment banking for growth companies, including 15 years experience advising clients in the technology sector. His previous experience includes Managing Director at Needham & Company, where he started the internet and digital media investment banking practice and headed that group for nine years, Partner at the New York-based M&A firm, Gruppo & Company, advising technology companies, Founder and President of Quartz Euromarkets, LLC, formed to represent clients in cross-border transactions, Head of Privatization for UNDP in Central Europe following the fall of the Berlin Wall, and Principal at Alex. Brown. Church received his BA from Stanford University, his JD from Columbia Law School, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tina Longfield is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Tina spent most of 20+ years of experience as a Technology investment banker at Credit Suisse and Jefferies. She holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois Champaign.

ZACH MAURUS

Zach Maurus is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Zach has more than 25 years of investment banking experience. He ran the global Internet and New Media investment banking practices at Credit Suisse First Boston, Thomas Weisel Partners / Stifel and UBS. He started his career with Alex. Brown & Sons. He has executed more than 100 M&A and financing transactions valued at more than $100 bn in total value. Zach also spent six years with Bessemer Trust advising ultra-high net worth families on estate planning and wealth management. Zach received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also received his MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

GREG MISCHOU

Greg Mischou is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC with a focus on the Internet of Things (IoT) & Digital Transformation Technology. With over 25 years of investment banking and technology experience, Greg has the vision, in-depth industry perspective and deep domain expertise to advise technology companies on mergers, private placements, strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and exit strategies. Prior to Atlas, Greg was a Senior Partner & Managing Director and Head of IoT Technology Investment Banking at Woodside Capital Partners. Prior to this, Greg held senior level technology investment banking positions at UBS and Alex. Brown. Before entering investment banking, Greg was at Intel where he held roles in Corporate Development and Product Management of the Pentium and i486 microprocessors. Greg holds an MBA from The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Northeastern University.

SAMEER NADKARNI

Sameer Nadkarni is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Sameer has 20+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity and as an industry executive. His sectors of experience include SaaS, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, e-commerce and IT services. Sameer’s experience in investment banking prior to Atlas was at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. He managed public and private investments at Bowman Capital and later at Wexford Capital. His industry experience was at SAP and Hewlett Packard. Sameer has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and dual BS degrees in Computer Engineering and Cognitive Psychology from the University of California – San Diego.

Steve has 25+ years of investment banking experience advising software and technology clients in connection with M&A and financing transactions. Prior to joining Atlas, Steve served in Technology Investment Banking leadership positions at DA Davidson, Stephens, and RBC Capital Markets. LONNIE SCHILLING

Lonnie Schilling is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group, LLC. Lonnie has worked in the technology and software industry for over 30 years as an Investment Banker, Venture Capitalist, tech founder, board member, private and public company CEO and Corporate Executive. Lonnie brings deep technology, operational, investment and M&A experience to the Enterprise infrastructure, telecoms, IoT, analytics, AI and cloud networking sectors. Prior to joining Atlas, Lonnie was Vice President of Software M&A at Corum Group, a tech-focused boutique M&A Firm. Previously Lonnie was co-founder and CEO of jKool, an AI Analytics firm in the banking sector, Chairman at OP5, a cloud infrastructure company, COO of Nastel Inc, an Enterprise Performance Monitoring business and CEO of Birdstep Technology a public company providing mobile and IoT software to tier 1 mobile operators around the world. Lonnie began his career with BBN, inventor of the Arpanet and Cisco Systems.

TARANG SHAH

Tarang Shah is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group, LLC. Tarang has over 20 years of experience as a technology M&A banker/VC investor/Product Manager working with tech-focused companies globally. Prior to joining Atlas, Tarang was a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Bois Capital, a tech-focused boutique M&A firm where he worked on cross-border tech and software M&A transactions. Tarang also served as a senior tech banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and a VC investor at SoftBank Capital’s US fund focused on digital media/AdTech, enterprise software, Telco and Ecommerce. Some of the notable investments in the fund include Huffington Post (AOL), Buddy Media (Salesforce), BuzzFeed and xAd. He started his career as a Program Manager at Qualcomm and built two productlines at Ericsson as a Lead Product Manager. Tarang is an author of a popular book on venture capital, Venture Capitalists at Work. He earned his MBA in International Business from Thunderbird and also an MBA in Marketing and BSE in Electronics & Telecommunications from Gujarat University (India). He also passed Level 2 of the CFA Program.

ADAM TILOW

Adam Tilow is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group, LLC with a focus on the Internet of Things (IoT) & Digital Transformation Technology Investment Banking. With over 10 years of M&A investment banking experience, Adam has been instrumental in the origination and execution of many transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, private placements, strategic acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to joining Atlas Technology Group, Adam was the Director of Internet of Things (IoT) & IIoT Technology Investment Banking Woodside Capital Partners. He was previously with the Investment Banking Group at Wunderlich Securities. Adam was formerly with Moss Adams Capital in their Investment Banking Division; and with UBS Financial Services. Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Diego State University.

TONY TROUSSET

Tony Trousset is founder and Managing Director of Atlas Technology Group LLC. Tony has worked in the technology industry for 20+ years as an investment banker, venture capitalist, and corporate executive. His previous experience includes: Global Head of Software Investment Banking and Co-Head of the West Coast Technology Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers; Global Head of Software Investment Banking at UBS AG; VP and Head of Corporate Development at SAS Institute, Inc; and Co-Founder of venture capital firm Bluevector. Tony received BA and MA degrees from Stanford University. He was on the board of the San Francisco Symphony for 12 years.

Rick Wolfgram is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group. Rick has 20+ years of investment banking experience working with Internet, Digital Media and related Software companies. Prior to Atlas, Rick served as a Managing Director and Head of Internet & Digital Media investment banking at Credit Suisse, Truist Securities and ThinkEquity. He started his career in Technology investment banking roles at Volpe Welty, Salomon Brothers and Citi.
