Steve Bachmann is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC.  Steve has over 20 years of experience as a technology M&A banker/VC investor working with software-driven companies.  Prior to Atlas, Steve was a Managing Director at Tech Venture Advisors focused on cross-border software M&A, an ecommerce entrepreneur as CEO/founder of Vinfolio, and a Managing Director at Broadview where he spent 17 years (7 of which in London) in M&A and co-managing Broadview Capital Partners, a $250m late-stage VC fund.  He started his career at Bain & Co.  Steve earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BSE, magna cum laude, in Computer Science from Princeton University.

John is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC.  John has 25+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on technology.  His previous experience includes Head of Technology Investment Banking for RBC Capital Markets, and prior to running the Technology Group, he was head of Technology M&A.  Before joining RBC, John worked in M&A for Robertson Stephens.  He is a graduate of Stanford University, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  John is a member of the Board of Directors at LifeMoves.

Vikram Churamani is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Vick has followed the technology sector for over 15 years as an investor and as a senior software research analyst.  Prior to joining Atlas, Vick was a portfolio manager and technology investor at BCM Advisors and Integral Capital Partners.  At BCM and Integral, Vick focused on late-stage venture and public equity investments within the technology and healthcare IT sector.  He was also a senior equity research analyst covering the software sector at Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, and Deutsche Bank. Vick received a B.A in Economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Brad Dickman is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Brad has over 15 years of experience in the technology and investment banking industries. Prior to Atlas, Brad worked for Citigroup, where he was a Director in the technology investment banking group. Prior to Citigroup, he was a Vice President and Principal at Bank of America, also in the technology investment banking group. He started his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers. He holds an MBA from UCLA and a BSME in Engineering from McGill University. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.

Louis Draper is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC.  He has been a banker for 25 years.  Prior to Atlas, Louis was the Head of Technology at Baird, and the Head of Software at RBC and Raymond James before that.  He has spent 12 years based in Silicon Valley working with software companies.  Louis spent the first half of his career at Goldman Sachs in New York.  He has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (now Ivey Business School) and a BBA from Bishop’s University in Canada.

Mike Edwards is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Mike has over 19 years of investment banking experience, primarily focused on communications and storage technologies. Prior to joining Atlas, he was part of the initial team at GCA Savvian, where he started the firm’s Communications & Storage Infrastructure investment banking practice and led those efforts for over 10 years. Earlier in his career, Mike worked as a Vice President in Goldman Sachs Technology Investment Banking Group. Mike graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Karlis Felzenberg is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Karlis has 20 years of technology focused investment banking experience. His previous experience includes: Head of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions for Terranova Capital Partners; Managing Director and Head of Communications Technology Investment Banking at ThinkEquity Partners in San Francisco; eight years with Needham & Company’s Silicon Valley investment banking group; and three years in Sydney, Australia as a technology focused M&A banker. Karlis earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from Stanford University.

Steve Izzo is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Steve has over 15 years of technology investment banking and corporate development experience. Prior to Atlas, he was Vice President, Corporate Development at Hightail where he led strategy and M&A initiatives. Before Hightail, Steve was a Director in Barclays’ Technology Investment Banking Group, where he advised private and public software companies on financing and M&A transactions. He executed transactions for clients in the SaaS, Enterprise Applications, Fin Tech, Security and Infrastructure Management sectors. Earlier in his career, Steve also worked as a software investment banker with Lehman Brothers and Bank of America.  Steve has an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BA from Brown University.

John Kelley is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC. John has covered the enterprise software sector for 17+ years, advising and executing private and public equity underwritings, equity linked, syndicated bank and bond financings, leverage buyout, buy and sell-side M&A advisory assignments. John has completed transactions for companies in the Advertising Tech & Digital Media, Business Intelligence, Fin Tech, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, Security and Systems management sectors. Prior to joining Atlas, John was the Head of Enterprise Software banking at Raymond James and the Head of Application Software Banking at Bank of America. John has an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School and a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.

Sameer Nadkarni is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Sameer has 20+ years of experience in the technology industry as a Senior Analyst and as industry executive.  His sectors of experience include cloud, data analytics, SaaS, e-commerce, digital media and IT services in the US and India.  Sameer’s work as Analyst was at investment banks such as Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, and at investment firms such as Bowman Capital and Wexford Capital.  His industry experience was at SAP and Hewlett Packard.  Sameer has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and dual BS degrees in Computer Engineering and Cognitive Psychology from the University of California – San Diego.

Ian Pereira is a Vice Chairman at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Ian has worked in the technology industry for 27+ years as an investment banker and private equity investor. His previous experience includes: Joint Global Head of Technology Investment Banking at UBS AG and Joint Global Head of Technology M&A at UBS AG. Ian also served as a member of the UBS IBD Executive Committee. Prior to joining UBS, Ian spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley & Co Incorporated based in New York and on the West Coast, and served as Head of Western Region M&A. Ian was also the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of technology-focused private equity firm Elgon Capital Partners, LLC. Ian received a BSc (Eng) from the University of London and an MBA from Columbia University.

Gadge Sandhu is a Partner at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Gadge has over 15 years of experience in the technology and investment banking industries. Prior to Atlas, Gadge worked for J.P. Morgan, where he was an Executive Director in the software investment banking group. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, in the software investment banking group. He started his career as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group of J.P. Morgan in New York, moving out to San Francisco to focus on the technology sector in 2000. Gadge holds an MBA with high distinction and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Ethan Topper has 25+ years of experience in investment banking, including 21 years advising clients in the technology sector. Prior to joining Atlas, Ethan was the Global Head of Technology at Citi. From 2005-2011, he was the CEO and a partner at Union Square Advisors, an M&A boutique advisory firm focused on the technology sector and based in San Francisco. Before that, Ethan ran the global technology M&A practice at Credit Suisse, after two years in the same position at Deutsche Bank. Ethan also worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley, where he was Head of West Coast M&A until 1996. Ethan has executed and overseen hundreds of completed M&A and financing transactions, representing in aggregate over a quarter trillion dollars in deal value.

Tony Trousset is a Partner and founder of Atlas Technology Group LLC. Tony has worked in the technology industry for 20+ years as an investment banker, venture capitalist and corporate executive. His previous experience includes: Global Head of Software Investment Banking and Co-Head of the West Coast Technology Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers; Global Head of Software Investment Banking at UBS AG; VP and Head of Corporate Development at SAS Institute, Inc; and Co-Founder of venture capital firm Bluevector. Tony received BA and MA degrees from Stanford University. He is also a board member of the San Francisco Symphony.
